Trendicator™
Trendicator™, the very first contract executed by Resource Development Company, Inc. was to provide trending data to a machine tool builder. Since then, we have further developed our techniques and database to create accurate, meaningful data, which can be used to assist forecasting and human resource planning.
Our process is very straightforward. Using data supplied by our client, we determine which index (or multiple indices) best projects the cycle of the client’s business. We use smoothing techniques to provide a good indication of the state of the business, and once established, the numbers provide a rolling forecast of trends.
We conduct periodic surveys to assist our clients in looking at recruiting and human resource issues.
